Fantastic operation with an uplift and down lift by Leader. The prepack was smooth and the crew did a great job getting everything out and into the new place in one piece. Highly recommended. Andrew you were on the money with the old style laundry taps. They do indeed leak around the handles.

Recently moved from an Apartment in Wright. Aaron and Bailey from Leader did a fantastic job and got everything to where it needed to be without incident. I had to store my things for what I thought would be a few months but turned into 2+ years. Everything arrived in excellent condition. There was great communication and flexibility about the unloading during a heatwave. They worked around us very efficiently, placing furniture and boxes safely and considerately. I would certainly recommend Leader as removalists.

We recently had wardrobes and a piano delivered by Andrew and his team, and the entire experience was outstanding. Communication was clear and timely, they arrived right on schedule, and every item was handled with genuine care and professionalism. The piano in particular was moved with impressive skill and attention to detail. We cannot recommend this team highly enough. They did us a massive favour by collecting materials from Melbourne at very short notice and delivering them to Canberra within 24 hours. Their communication was excellent, they were reliable, and they handled everything with care and professionalism. They truly went above and beyond to help us out of a tight spot. Moving us the coast to Canberra was no small job but Leader Removals were wonderful. Fran and Linda guided us with the online quote and advised our self packing. What a fabulous team! Jack and the lads made the move painless and easier than I expected. No damage at all - they were quick and very careful of all our belongings. Even went out of their way to take additional small items. They worked tirelessly until the uplift and same day removal was complete. I have no hesitation in recommending Leader for any removal.
